Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If we are experiencing high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States
  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged Orders

Brouwer HomeFlex Store is not liable for products damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.
